Pyngyn Ask (pyngyn.com) is a software service provided by Vimovi Global Tech Pvt Ltd, free to use with optional paid plans. By using it you agree to these terms. Pyngyn does not provide chartered accountancy, audit, tax filing or legal services.
Information, not advice
Answers are generated automatically from official public sources and may be incomplete, out of date or wrong. They are general information, not legal, tax or accounting advice, and do not create a professional relationship. Always check the cited source and apply your own professional judgement before acting, advising a client or filing anything.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the service to plan tax evasion, create false documents or for any unlawful purpose.
- Do not enter personal data of clients or others (PAN, Aadhaar, GSTIN, bank details, names).
- Do not scrape, overload or try to bypass usage limits or security checks.
Limits and availability
The service is free with daily usage limits. We may change, limit or stop it at any time.
Paid plans
Plus and Pro give a higher daily question limit. They are billed monthly in advance through Razorpay, at the price shown on the Plans page (including GST), and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from the Plans page; the plan stays on until the end of the period already paid for, and that period is not refunded. If a renewal payment fails, the account returns to the Free limits.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Pyngyn is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on answers provided by the service.
